Angel City Academy specializes in the Ombre Powder Glow technique made popular by Justyna Mulligan of Permanent Glow Los Angeles. While Permanent Glow has been in business as of June 2018, Justyna has extensive experience dating back to 2015 where she was first introduced to this profession in Poland. In 2016 Justyna attended training seminars and master classes under the tutelage of the finest technicians from Europe and New York. In 2017 she worked under the practice of notable practitioners in Los Angeles prior to opening her first salon in Santa Monica, California.
